International Policy Expert. More than 20 years of international experience. Designed and implemented U.S. government and multilateral policy and programs at both the macro and micro levels. Created frameworks, gathered data, and synthesized information for numerous in-depth sector and cross-sector studies. Worked in more than 30 countries.

  • Collaborated on health sector reform project preparation missions to Mozambique and supervised and supported health and education projects in Mozambique, Malawi, Zimbabwe, and Namibia
